/Neighbors tree is a great pain, what to do?
Hey folks! I live near the beach and have a neighbor who is a bit of pain. Well, not the neighbor real as rent. But the owner of the car has a huge tree that is about 1 foot away from my fence, I think it is a liquid amber or silver maple. The tree of all blocks in the morning sun in my garden, and is probably 40 feet high or less. When my bot house members were still hangs over my fence, and one a run down of channel rain on my roof. The tree is misplaced, was there long before the house bot, or I. It is breaking his driveway. It drops a ton of leaves in my yard every year in autumn, although they have cut everything out of my fence line up. The tree is lopsided now because cut like a wall above my fence. Being the kind of person am I even told the owner would pay for the tree removed, and he refused. Is there a way appeal, or a silent way to end it? Copper nails I tried last year but have not yet seen the results. Court is an option?
What I would do first is get your hands on the land lines. Try to find out exactly where the fall in property lines, if you find it especially of his property he won to take some action to have it removed. Suggest to the owner of the property was a tree on the other side of the propeller; It is really annoying to you … I ask you to find a way to keep up with keeping the tree on your property. Also try asking him what he feels is a good compromise. You do not want to go and just cut it or can get into some serious legal issues. If not resolved a last resort, try to take a civil court to have it removed. Good luck and I hope you get to enjoy the sunshine soon.
