/Is there any way to remove scratches from a stainless steel watch?
To remove scratches from stainless steel, will have to sand and buff out. Since I can not see them, I do not know how much work will last. I would start with 400 grit sandpaper black oxide, and sand until you can not see the scratches (but you see the scratches from the sandpaper. Then sand with 600 grit till you see the scratches from 400 grit. Repeat with 800, 1000, 2000 and grits. At the time when finished, should have a mirror finish. Alternativly, if you have a buffing wheel can be used with several grains of rouge. Polish progressivly rouge finer and you have a mirror finish.
